AKVASAN - Compact Accumulator Tank

Developed for sites with limited space and narrow entrances, this model’s diameter is only 810mm.

The insulation is the same polyurethane as in the standard accumulator tanks but its thickness is 50mm due to the smaller surface area. Where possible an AKVA tank with 100mm insulation should be used in preference to an AKVASAN tank.

The EK models are equipped with a domestic hot water coil, and can be fitted with daytime and night time electric heating elements at the mid point and base of the tank respectively.

When equipped with an electric heating element, its characteristics make it an excellent domestic hot water heater.

An ideal addition to existing wood boilers, allowing increased operating efficiency and giving cleaner burning as well as reducing the risk of overheating.
